Mission of One Spark

 

            The world’s largest crowdfunding festival in Jacksonville, Florida will open in April for its third year for creators in Art, Education, Health & Science, Music, and Social Good & Technology. Each year this festival has doubled in size from 150,000 in 2013 to a projected 275,000+ for 2015. A second event named One Spark Berlin is in its second year and is scheduled to occur later in the year in September. Jacksonville One Spark is unique in that it is featured as a street festival where the people whom attend vote to award artists, entrepreneurs, and innovators the opportunity to win crowdfunded money so as to bring their dreams to life.
